Cancellation/Late Policy
Please Note:
In the event of canceling or rescheduling, you will LOSE your deposit and it CAN NOT be moved over to another booking unless there is a free slot to do so. I do not cancel or reschedule appointments so if you cannot make your appointment please use the CANCEL button at the bottom of your confirmation email & the same if you want to reschedule (reschedule button).
Late Policy
Please arrive on time. If there’s a possibility you may be late please notify me at your earliest convenience. I give a 20minutes grace period, after this, your appointment will be canceled & you will have to rebook as being late eats into your allocated slot. If I have to change your facial on the day due to lateness you will still be expected to pay for the facial you booked even if you did not have that exact facial
